Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AYDIDIT mobile application (the "App"), provided by Novera Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App and Apple's standard terms

AYDIDIT is licensed to you, not sold. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, your license to use it is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"), together with these Terms. If these Terms conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA controls as to the license, and these Terms control as to everything else. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA and the UK) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You can delete your account at any time in the App under Profile → Delete account.

3. Subscriptions and payments

• Access to the App requires a paid subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase ("AYDIDIT Pro"). Prices and plans are shown in the App before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing and cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel your subscription.
• Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.
• We may change prices for future periods. Apple will notify you of price increases as required, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.

4. Your content

You own the content you create in the App, including your vision board, photos, goals, habits, identity statements and notes ("Your Content"). You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the App to you (including sending it to our service providers, such as AI model providers when you use AI features). This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for residual backup copies retained for a limited period.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to upload it, including any photos.

5. AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, such as proposed goals, milestones, habits, a personal bio or affirmations ("AI Output"). AI Output is generated automatically, may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for you, and is always editable. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. As between you and us, you may use AI Output you receive for any lawful purpose. Similar requests from different users may produce similar output.

Lessons in the App summarize ideas from books, talks and videos by third parties for educational purposes. These third parties are not affiliated with and do not endorse AYDIDIT. Links to third-party content or services are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for them.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing or sexually explicit;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts or our systems, or interfere with their operation;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the App or its AI features (for example, automated or excessive requests, or attempts to bypass usage limits);
• resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the App.

9. Our intellectual property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, lesson summaries, badges and software (excluding Your Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. "AYDIDIT" and our logos are our trademarks.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) survive.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you will achieve any particular result from using it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim and USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and nothing affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, in which case you keep that right. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the App. By continuing to use the App after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
