Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Novera Technologies LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, collects, uses and shares personal data when you use the AYDIDIT mobile application (the "App").
In short: we collect what the App needs to work (your account, the goals, habits and vision you create, your subscription status) plus pseudonymous usage analytics that you can turn off. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. You can delete your account and all of its data from inside the App at any time.
1. Data we collect
Account data
- Email address and password (the password is stored hashed by our authentication provider; we never see it), or the identifier and email address provided by Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email", we only receive a relay address.
- The first name you enter.
Onboarding answers
- Your answers to the onboarding questionnaire (for example the areas of your life you want to improve, the obstacles you face, and the gender you select to personalize content), and the "profile" we derive from them to tailor your experience.
- How you heard about AYDIDIT, if you tell us.
Content you create
- Your vision board (including photos you choose to upload), identity statements, personal bio and affirmations.
- Your goals, milestones, actions, obstacles, habits and daily habit check-ins.
- Quotes you save, and your progress through lessons and quizzes.
Photos are stored in private storage that only your account can access. The App only reads the photos you explicitly pick; it never scans your photo library.
AI features
When you use the AI Goal Architect or the identity writer, the messages and answers you type are sent to our servers and then to an AI model provider to generate a response. Conversations with the Goal Architect are saved to your account so you can come back to them. We do not use your content to train AI models, and the model providers we use do not train their models on data sent through their APIs under their standard terms.
Subscription data
Purchases are processed by Apple. We receive your subscription status (for example: active plan, renewal and expiration dates) through RevenueCat, linked to your AYDIDIT account identifier. We never receive your payment card details.
Usage analytics
We record product usage events (for example "onboarding completed", "habit created", "day validated") to understand how the App is used and improve it. These events are linked to a random account identifier, not to your name or email, and do not include the text of your answers, goals or habits. You can turn analytics off at any time in Profile → Settings → Share usage data.
Notifications
Reminders (morning ritual, streak reminders) are scheduled locally on your device. We do not collect a push notification token.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, health data from Apple Health, or advertising identifiers, and we do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
2. How we use your data
- To provide the App: create and secure your account, save and sync your content across sessions and devices, personalize content to your onboarding profile, and run the AI features you request.
- To manage your subscription and unlock paid features.
- To improve the App using aggregated, pseudonymous analytics (only while analytics is on).
- To keep the service safe: prevent abuse (for example, usage limits on AI features), debug problems, and comply with legal obligations.
- To contact you about your account or important changes, if needed. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
- Performance of a contract: account, content storage, AI features you request, subscription management.
- Consent: photos you upload and onboarding answers you choose to provide. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the content or your account.
- Legitimate interests: pseudonymous product analytics (which you can switch off), security and abuse prevention.
- Legal obligation: where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.
3. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf to run the App, under contracts that restrict their use of it. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
| Provider | Purpose | Data |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase (servers in the United States) | Database, authentication, file storage, server functions | Account data, onboarding answers, your content, photos |
| OpenRouter, and the AI model providers it routes to (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) | Generating AI responses | The messages and answers you submit to AI features |
| RevenueCat | Subscription status management | Account identifier, purchase and subscription status |
| Apple | Payments, Sign in with Apple, app distribution | As governed by Apple's privacy policy |
| Sign in with Google (if you choose it) | As governed by Google's privacy policy | |
| PostHog (United States) | Product analytics | Pseudonymous usage events, device and app version |
We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your data.
4. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers process data mainly in the United States. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, your data is transferred to the United States under appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
5. How long we keep data
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your account data, content and photos are deleted from our production systems immediately. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before being overwritten. Pseudonymous analytics events are kept for up to 12 months. We may keep limited records longer where the law requires it (for example, transaction records).
6. Your rights and choices
- Delete your account: in the App, go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data. Deleting the App from your phone does not delete your account.
- Edit or delete content directly in the App at any time.
- Turn off analytics in Profile → Settings.
- Cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription.
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and U.S. state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, per-user access rules on every database table and on file storage (so one account cannot read another account's data), and restricted server-side access to secrets. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires it.
8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and the UK), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Health and wellbeing content
AYDIDIT is a personal-development tool. The goals, habits and reflections you enter are treated as your personal content. We do not use them for advertising, and we do not share them except with the providers listed above to run the App.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes, notify you in the App.
